Week 90: Thanksgiving

Much like his mother Tate's not a big fan of turkey. However, this dislike of turkey didn't get in the way of his holiday feast. (We spent Thanksgiving with my mother in Little Rock then headed up to Mountain Home to Chuck's mom and dad's place. There we visited with family in town from Houston.)
On turkey day there were plenty of other festive dishes for Tate eat/wear. He was quite fond of the dressing, the mashed potatoes, the sweet potato souffle and my personal favorite, the ham. Much like the rest of his family, Tate ate and ate and ate. And just like the rest of us, he indulged in a nap, however he didn't make it to the couch. He played soooo hard all morning. THe little guy was running, as my mother would put it, "90 to nothing." We sat down to our Thanksgiving feast around 1 or 1:30. So once he had his fill, he crashed right there in his highchair at the dining room table!
After his nap, Tate tried his luck with the wishbone. It worked! Since Tate is a little bit too young to make wishes, I made one for him (let's just say it involves potty training).
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!!!!
